A Light On Every Sunday: The Self-Drive of a Young INFOR Team Member

Meet Xiao Yu, a 24-year-old order coordination assistant at INFOR whose initiative and care reflect the team spirit behind every bead mill we deliver.

A cheerful young woman from Guangxi

Born in 2002, Yu Xiangyin, known to everyone as "Xiao Yu," is 24 and comes from Yulin, Guangxi. In INFOR's Commercial Department, she works as an order coordination assistant, a role that demands great attention to detail and patience in supporting order follow-up.

Anyone meeting Xiao Yu for the first time can't help but be lifted by her smile. Her looks are secondary; what really stands out is the drive at her core: self-motivated, upbeat and positive. Her colleagues see her as someone thoroughly dependable in how she treats people and gets things done.

"In order coordination, one wrong figure can delay a machine leaving the factory, so I can't afford to be careless." Without being told twice, she reliably takes on whatever is handed to her; without repeated reminders, she thinks one step ahead. In this young woman you can see a rare clarity: she knows what she wants and is willing to give her all to every small task.

She isn't flashy, but her diligence and cheerfulness are like a small sun, warming everyone around her.

The light in the office on Sundays

The bead mill industry moves fast and is full of details, and order coordination work is especially intricate. Yet Xiao Yu never complains about being busy.

Walk past her desk on any given day and you'll see her focused on her screen, checking documents, following up on progress and coordinating with colleagues. On Sundays, when the office should be quiet, a few lights are always on. Xiao Yu is one of those who shows up every Sunday without fail.

Watching her work with her head down, you don't want to interrupt. No complaints, no cutting corners, just a determination to get things right. She has been with the company only a year and carries no senior-employee credentials, but her resilience, never needing to be chased, proactively taking ownership and thinking first about how to solve a problem, has already made her someone the team can rely on.

A desk lamp lit on a Sunday reflects one young person's persistence, and also the shared character of the people at INFOR.

"Here, I found a rhythm that matches my own"

Asked about her experience at INFOR, Xiao Yu paused, then smiled:

"When I first joined I was quite nervous and worried I wouldn't do well. But I gradually realized nobody here treats you differently as a 'newcomer.' People look at your attitude toward work and are willing to help you move forward. Order coordination is detailed and high-pressure, but every time I see an order through smoothly, the sense of achievement is real. INFOR makes me feel that effort is noticed, and that people who work conscientiously can really go far."

Her words are plain but sincere. To Xiao Yu, INFOR is a place with warmth, one where she is willing to settle in and do things properly. She values the working atmosphere here and the colleagues around her who, like her, are willing to quietly dig deep.

A team that can't be copied

What Xiao Yu reflects is really the character of the entire INFOR team.

General Manager Yang Xiaoyan often says: "At INFOR, our greatest asset has never been our plant and equipment, but a group of ordinary people who are resilient, hardworking and extraordinary." Nothing could describe Xiao Yu and her colleagues better.

At INFOR, you rarely see buck-passing or half-hearted work. The technical team verifies a single parameter again and again, the sales team works around the clock to meet customer needs, and young people in the Commercial Department like Xiao Yu treat every document and every follow-up as their own responsibility.

Everyone comes from different families and backgrounds, but they share one thing: an inner goal and a willingness to settle down and do things right. This working culture, driven from within rather than by outside pressure, is INFOR's most valuable foundation.

Small lights together form the galaxy that moves INFOR forward

"I'm just doing what I should, but INFOR has shown me that every bit of conscientious work is noticed."

These sincere words from Xiao Yu are more moving than any advertising slogan.

However good a bead mill (sand mill) is, its drawings can be replicated and its processes learned, but a team with genuine commitment and self-drive cannot be copied. A desk lamp lit on a Sunday reflects one young person's persistence, and also the shared character of the people at INFOR.

From an unknown name to one of the top three bead mill makers in China, and on to the global equipment stage, every step INFOR has taken bears the footprints of people like these. They are not flashy, but steadfast; not loud, but powerful.

INFOR will keep moving forward on the global track.

And every light that stays on is a light guiding our way.

A tribute to every INFOR team member who works quietly and diligently.

And to everyone who does ordinary jobs to the very best of their ability.
