From 7 to 9 October, The Battery Show North America 2025 concluded at Huntington Place in Detroit, the Motor City. North America's most influential battery and EV technology event brought together hundreds of leading suppliers and tens of thousands of trade visitors, showcasing the latest advances in batteries and key power technologies for electric and hybrid vehicles.
A lively show
At booth 2234, INFOR represented the Chinese bead mill industry as a supplier of production equipment for key raw materials. The booth presented our most advanced bead mills and complete system solutions, covering core and frontier new-material processes such as lithium (manganese) iron phosphate, silicon-carbon anodes, conductive agents, sodium materials and solid electrolyte grinding.
The booth was busy throughout. Representatives of US new energy companies, senior R&D engineers and industry experts discussed grinding fineness limits, large-scale production efficiency and suitability for different material systems with INFOR's technical team.
High-end grinding, advanced equipment
INFOR's vertical bead mill was the centre of attention, praised by many experts for efficient ultrafine grinding and its ability to cut costs and raise efficiency. INFOR signed preliminary cooperation agreements with several users at the show, strong recognition of our products and technology.
Our team also attended several important forums, exchanging ideas with industry experts and learning about the latest market developments, and made plans for INFOR's development in the US.
Expanding overseas
The US is a key market for the global new energy industry, and its drive to localize production is creating unprecedented opportunities for upstream equipment suppliers. Before the show INFOR visited several US new energy companies and established initial cooperation, laying the groundwork for focused meetings at the show. This visit-first approach reflects how leading Chinese equipment companies enter the US market, exporting not just products but technology, service and strategic vision.
From technical demonstrations to practical business discussions, INFOR has opened the door further to the US market. As technical work with local customers deepens and our channels grow, INFOR will become more closely involved in the fast-growing US new energy industry.
