Customer Commends INFOR for 10,000-Tonne Conductive Agent Project

A customer sent INFOR a letter of commendation after its 10,000-tonne conductive agent line was installed, commissioned and brought into production at the first attempt in about two months.

A letter of commendation from a customer has greatly encouraged everyone at INFOR, the best reward for the project team's hard work and further proof of INFOR's capability in delivering complex industrial projects.

The commendation concerns the customer's high-profile 10,000-tonne conductive agent project. Conductive agents are key auxiliary materials for lithium batteries and new energy materials, and the stability and process precision of the line directly affect end-product performance and consistency, so the customer set very high requirements for installation and commissioning time, start-up date, safety and quality.

From arrival on site to start-up, INFOR's project team spent nearly two months completing equipment installation, system integration and process optimization. Technical engineers, site managers and commissioning staff stayed on site almost throughout, overcoming many overlapping trades, frequent process parameter adjustments and a tight schedule. Team members supervised installation by day and reviewed data at night, solving installation issues one by one and ensuring the project started up successfully at the first attempt.

Notably, the praise was specific. The customer not only commended INFOR's overall organization but named several frontline team members, including the project manager, commissioning engineers and key process specialists. INFOR's delivery capability is not built on sheer numbers or layers of procedure but on the professionalism and responsibility of every employee.

INFOR believes a project succeeds when every bolt is tight and every measurement accurate. This attitude, treating every machine and every line as a piece of work to be perfected, has earned the company a strong reputation among customers.

This project is not an isolated case. INFOR has recently received written commendations from several key customers on key projects, from new energy materials to fine chemicals and from single machines to complete lines, citing early delivery, better-than-expected yield, fast service response and zero safety incidents.

Honours belong to the past; effort creates the future. After receiving the letter, INFOR held a project review to turn the best practices from this project into standard operating procedures and drew up an improvement list for areas that can be optimized.

INFOR will continue to put customers at the centre and delivery at the foundation, deepening its work in new materials and new energy equipment and strengthening its capabilities from design and manufacturing to on-site service, repaying every customer's trust with more high-quality deliveries on 10,000-tonne projects.
