On 7 February INFOR's 2025 annual meeting and 2026 New Year gala, themed "Building Dreams Together, Setting Out Again", opened in Dongguan, bringing all colleagues together to celebrate a year of work and welcome the Spring Festival.
All INFOR Dongguan colleagues (with travelling staff joining online) gathered with our India team, and we were honoured to welcome customers and partners from Korea and the United States, creating the warm atmosphere of a big family.
The evening opened with a lively dance. General Manager Ms. Yang Xiaoyan reviewed the company's progress and achievements in 2025, outlined its strategy and goals for 2026 and extended New Year wishes to all employees and guests.
The Outstanding Contribution Award and Best Newcomer Award were presented, recognizing outstanding employees for their work over the past year and expressing the company's hopes for their continued growth.
The lucky draw brought the evening to a high point, with applause, laughter and cheers filling the room.
Over dinner colleagues toasted each other and talked freely, deepening understanding and building consensus, not just a year-end gathering but a coming together that leaves warm shared memories.
"Building Dreams Together, Setting Out Again" is not only the theme of the evening but a true reflection of the INFOR spirit. Unity comes from the cohesion of the team, and dreams are built on the wisdom and effort of every employee. In 2026 the team will continue to improve and the talent structure will become more complete, laying a solid foundation for even higher goals.
Looking back on 2025, we achieved a great deal: team capabilities improved, business grew steadily, our new industrial park was completed, our product line was fully upgraded and our overseas presence advanced steadily, every step solid and hard-won.
Looking ahead to 2026, we will strengthen our foundations: improving management systems and operating processes, upgrading production and office environments and enhancing R&D and delivery capabilities. Through continuous self-improvement, INFOR has broad prospects ahead.
