INFOR at CLNB 2026 Asia Battery Materials Cooperation Forum in Seoul, Signs Strategic Agreement with SMM

As a sponsor of CLNB 2026 in Seoul, INFOR showcased its bead mills and local production line applications in Korea and signed an overseas market strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai Metals Market.

On 3-4 September 2026, the global new energy industry turned its attention to Seoul, South Korea, where the CLNB 2026 Asia Battery Materials Cooperation Forum, hosted by Shanghai Metals Market (SMM), was held.

As one of the core hubs of Asia's new energy supply chain, Seoul's strong industrial influence and innovation attracted more than 300 key decision-makers from across the global supply chain. The forum's high-level dialogue focused on four themes, material technology breakthroughs, global market trends, restructuring supply chain security and deep cross-border cooperation, seeking new paths for coordinated development of Asia's battery industry in a complex international environment.

Exhibiting in Seoul

As a sponsor, INFOR took part in Seoul as an active participant. Its carefully designed booth was a highlight of the venue, presenting the company's latest grinding equipment technology for new energy materials and systematically introducing its latest local production line applications in Korea.

The booth was busy throughout. Many guests showed strong interest in INFOR's high-end bead mills and stopped to ask questions, from technical parameters to line integration and from single-machine operation to system solutions, and the equipment won praise from both existing and new customers. INFOR's team held in-depth, productive discussions with visitors, strengthening long-term relationships with many overseas customers and connecting with new customers from several Korean and international material companies, laying a solid foundation for further market development.

Strategic cooperation agreement

During the forum, INFOR and Shanghai Metals Market formally signed an overseas market strategic cooperation agreement on site. Witnessed by senior executives of both companies and the guests present, the agreement brings together two industry leaders, combining SMM's powerful industry data platform and market insight with INFOR's strength in equipment manufacturing to expand together in overseas new energy markets.

The partnership is not only a commercial win-win but also an important attempt by China's new energy ecosystem to export standards and services overseas. Both sides committed to providing global customers with more efficient and intelligent material processing solutions, helping the international new energy supply chain reduce costs, improve efficiency and innovate together.

Global industrial presence

From technical exchanges at the booth to the strategic agreement, INFOR's performance at CLNB 2026 highlighted its leading position in global new energy materials equipment and its determination to integrate Chinese intelligent manufacturing into the international industrial ecosystem and build a green future with partners.

Seoul is just the beginning. INFOR will continue to deepen its global presence with an open attitude and work with partners worldwide to promote the prosperity and sustainable development of the new energy industry in Asia and beyond.
