InterBattery 2026: INFOR's Vertical Bead Mill a Highlight in Seoul

At InterBattery 2026 in Seoul, INFOR showed its vertical, dry and AI bead mills and SWCNT equipment, and agreed a joint laboratory with a Korean partner.

From 11 to 13 March 2026, InterBattery was held at COEX in Seoul. As a bellwether for the global battery industry, the show reached a new scale with five halls, more than 2,000 booths, over 600 exhibitors from 14 countries and close to 100,000 trade visitors.

Industry frontiers on show in Seoul

InterBattery was not only a meeting place for the industry but a stage for frontier technology.

The race to mass-produce all-solid-state batteries was the biggest story, with Samsung SDI, LG Energy Solution and SK On showing solid-state samples for different applications, a sign that the next generation of batteries is moving quickly from the lab to production.

New markets in AI infrastructure and mobility, breakthroughs in battery safety and ultra-fast charging, and deeper supply-chain and international cooperation together sketched the future of the industry. A complete ecosystem from materials and equipment to cells and applications was a defining feature of the show.

INFOR's flagship products draw attention

Chinese companies remained among the most important participants. As a representative of Chinese intelligent equipment, INFOR exhibited at booth B734, presenting the results of a year of work in the Korean market and its latest technical innovations and product updates.

Visitors from Korea and around the world showed strong interest in INFOR's new generation of bead mill technology, especially INFOR's experience building large production lines in Korea. The team from INFOR's Korean branch answered questions in detail and earned wide praise for its practical, professional service.

INFOR's flagship high-end vertical bead mill was one of the standout products of the show. Its advanced grinding process, stable operation and high energy efficiency drew many trade visitors, and several customers expressed strong interest in cooperation and plan to visit INFOR's Korean branch for technical discussions and trials.

Besides the vertical bead mill, INFOR showed dry bead mills, intelligent AI bead mills and single-wall carbon nanotube equipment, bringing new solutions to the industry and strengthening INFOR's position in material grinding equipment.

A rewarding show

INFOR met many long-standing Korean customers again, strengthening stable partnerships, and made many new contacts that lay a solid foundation for further growth in Korea.

During the show we also signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Korea with Saino to build a joint laboratory focused on bead mill and zirconia bead applications. Industry friends are welcome to visit the laboratory.

INFOR will keep investing in localization and service capability to support the battery supply chain in Korea and worldwide with better products and service.

Innovation never stops. INFOR looks forward to meeting you at the next exhibition.
