2026 New Energy and New Materials Industry Development Forum

& Grand Opening of the INFOR Hubei Industrial Park

A new journey begins, powering the future.

30 days to go until the official opening.

The new park opens its doors for the first time: from equipment supplier to a "system-level collaboration site"

The INFOR Hubei Industrial Park brings together an advanced R&D center, flexible intelligent manufacturing workshops, testing laboratories and an immersive showroom.

What we want visiting customers to see is not just a few grinding mills or dispersion systems, but:

• How powder batch consistency is secured through the process window

• How equipment integrates into production lines for lithium/sodium-ion cathodes, hard carbon anodes and solid-state electrolytes

• How scaling up fuel cell catalysts and membrane electrode assemblies drives requirements back to upstream grinding and dispersion

• The full-line delivery logic, from a single machine to an "AI intelligent dispersion and grinding system"

The park opening is a public preview at production-line level.

A forum built around the industry's real questions

This year's forum is organized around four main themes:

• Materials: how lithium/sodium-ion cathodes, hard carbon anodes and multifunctional electrolytes can be reconfigured to support a wide temperature range and high safety

• Hydrogen power: how methanol, as a hydrogen carrier, and reforming-based hydrogen production can be coupled with high-temperature PEMFCs and sodium-ion battery packs for stable output

• Equipment: how grinding, dispersion and coating processes support powder consistency and meet the scale-up needs of next-generation batteries

• Systems: from single cells to integrated "sodium-ion + hydrogen" energy systems, where the real bottlenecks lie: in materials, in controls or on the production line

Confirmed speakers from industry, academia and research (more to be announced)

• Prof. Ma Zifeng (Chair Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Director of the Shaoxing Research Institute of Renewable Energy and Molecular Engineering, and founder of Zhejiang Natrium Energy)

Topic: Hydrogen-Electric Hybrid Power and Integrated Energy System Technology

From LFP and sodium-ion materials to methanol-reforming hydrogen production and fuel cell systems, explaining how materials enter systems and how systems shape material requirements.

• Prof. Hu Guorong (Grade II Professor, School of Metallurgy and Environment, Central South University; recipient of the State Council Special Government Allowance)

Topic: Technological Development and Competitive Landscape of LFP Materials

• Prof. Tang Yougen (Grade II Professor, College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Central South University; President of the Hunan Battery Industry Association)

Topic: Exploring Sodium Solid-State Batteries for New Energy Storage Frontiers: R&D and Technology Pathways

• Prof. Cao Yuliang (Grade II Professor at Wuhan University, Changjiang Scholar, and Chairman of Jiana Energy)

Topic: Progress and Challenges of Phosphate-Based Polyanionic Sodium-Ion Batteries

More speakers will be announced soon. Stay tuned to INFOR.

30-day countdown: our formal invitation

Dear customers, partners and industry colleagues:

On 16-17 November, we look forward to welcoming you to Gucheng, Xiangyang, Hubei.

Join us to witness:

• The official opening of the INFOR Hubei Industrial Park

• The on-site debut of an intelligent equipment production line for new energy materials

• Scientists who turn papers into process packages and patents into production lines, sharing the stage

• A closed-door dialogue focused not on empty talk, but on the real economics of "materials, equipment and systems"

30 days to go.

See you in Gucheng on 16 November.
